This role is pivotal in providing customer-oriented services within the Revenue Cycle System Services. Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the following areas:
- Appointment scheduling
- Patient registration
- Insurance verification
- Prior authorization processes
- Financial counseling and tailored solutions
- Cash handling
- Information release
- Customer support
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or physician Revenue Cycle is highly preferred.
- Proficient understanding of patient registration and financial clearance processes is required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and foster cooperative relationships is crucial.
- Proactive approach to meeting objectives is expected.
