As a Patient Service Representative at UnitedHealth Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. This position requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and manage wait times in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist patients with intake processes, including copying required documents and collecting co-payments.
  • Manage cashier box and daily deposits according to company policies.
  • Process walk-in patients and visitors, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
  • Manage medical records, including maintaining, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Ensure all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in a timely manner.
  • Run insurance eligibility for patients and process requests for medical records release.
