Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Fleet Management team at Primoris Power Delivery. As an Administrative Assistant - Fleet Management, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks related to equipment and fleet management across our different business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of asset transfers and execute transfers and other processes related to keeping all fleet management data systems accurate and current.
- Generate and distribute scheduled reports related to sales and rental equipment contracts with various vendors.
- Communicate with the dispatch team to ensure equipment moves are scheduled timely.
- Process internal forms for equipment management.
Requirements:
- Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively.
- Individual must possess high attention to detail.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Have sound knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
