As an Administrative Assistant II, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior executives and team members.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.
* Oversee and maintain office procedures, including managing records and efficient systems.
* Train and mentor junior administrative staff as required.

We offer a competitive salary, a range of $20.00 - $30.00 and up based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan with a company match, PTO, and paid holidays.

**Requirements:**

* Three to five years of proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
