About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office at Ashland Hills Hotel. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with little or no supervision, and will be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Experience with records management systems

Compensation: 18-18 Yearly Salary
