Job Summary

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to all Juut guests. This role involves performing front desk duties, ensuring positive and uplifting experiences for all customers, and upholding Juut's Daymaker philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
  • Check-in guests, offer salon tours, and provide information on available add-on appointments.
  • Escort guests to the waiting area, offer beverages, and provide a Daymaker book to new guests.
  • Perform confirmation calls to guests and offer add-on services.
  • Check out guests, ring service tickets, and close out sales of retail products.
  • Answer incoming guest calls, book appointments, and capture guest data accurately.
  • Make follow-up calls to new guests within 24 hours of their visit.
  • Stock retail shelves, clean the area, and maintain product knowledge.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
  • Knowledge of artists at the salon location, including services provided and specialties.
  • Ability to reschedule appointments, block artist time, and distribute gratuities.
  • Handle cash transactions, including bank deposits.
  • Ability to work during opening and closing hours.
  • Attend all training, education, and meetings as required.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some exposure to salon, cosmetics, hospitality, or retail business preferred.
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required.
  • Training provided.
  • Career growth opportunities available.
