Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales agencies that oversee sales agents within their designated region. The primary responsibilities include recruiting new sales agencies and agents, driving sales performance, and providing comprehensive training and support to ensure the success of each office and agent.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruiting New Agencies
  • Actively recruit and onboard new sales agencies within your territory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract high-performing agencies within your territory.
Recruiting New Agents
  • Recruit and develop new sales agents to ensure each agency is fully staffed within your territory.
  • Collaborate with agency managers to identify and hire top talent.
Driving Sales
  • Drive sales performance across all agencies and agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Training and Development
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to each office and agent to ensure success.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory management and distribution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Some coursework towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales management, sales growth, and territory development.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, AI, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Compensation

  • 100% Performance-based compensation - Commission.
  • High earning potential with bonus incentives and uncapped earnings.
