Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

NETZSCH Pumps & Systems is a global leader in complex fluid management, with a strong focus on employee well-being and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales activities of the assigned territory, with a focus on increasing market share penetration at profitable levels. This strategic role requires a strong understanding of the Food and Personal Care industry, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support distributors in the Food and Personal Care market with technical and commercial expertise
  • Sell NETZSCH products and services to meet or exceed region sales revenue plan
  • Research and recommend new sales partners for the region
  • Provide training to sales partners' staff on products, applications, and commercial issues
  • Make joint sales calls with sales partners or service personnel to build relationships with key customers
  • Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events
  • Provide market trends, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence to the company
Requirements
  • Previous experience selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps in the Food, Personal Care, and Hygienic industries
  • Solid negotiation skills, including the ability to communicate, persuade, strategize, and cooperate
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time
  • Ability to have related business and technical discussions, as well as speak in front of groups
  • A valid driver's license and current passport
  • Ability to travel up to 70% as required to achieve sales goals
