Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets within designated territory
  • Grow Atlas Copco portable power and light equipment sales and dealer/independent rental market share in the applicable territory
  • Perform effective sales and account management in the designated territory to best cover the market and the customers' applications and needs
  • Assess and match customer applications with the correct power and light products to maximize reliability and application success
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with established customers through close management of accounts and attention to their needs
  • Represent the core values and culture of Atlas Copco at all times
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or engineering
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience selling power equipment to the rental and civil construction industries
  • Experience within generator and light tower rental or capital sales markets is strongly preferred
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is required
