Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Pro Mach. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our Channel Partners in the Midwest territory. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning, sales leadership, and product training.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals
* Provide sales support, leadership, and product training to Channel Partners
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners to drive sales growth
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share

Requirements:

* 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
