Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Münzing North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide sales and market insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of the chemical industry and its trends
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, French)
