Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the Midwest region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the chemical industry, particularly in the food markets segment.
- Knowledge of food markets regulations and compliance.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
