Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Topcon Positioning Systems Inc. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to meet/exceed an assigned quota in the Construction/Geo-Positioning market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new and existing dealers in the Construction/Geo-Positioning market.
  • Assist dealers in providing sales training to their staff in Topcon technology and products.
  • Develops and executes a sales plan.
  • Prospects for new dealers.
  • Works with dealers to demonstrate products.
  • Prepares proposals.
  • Attends trade shows.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • BS in Marketing, Sales, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience and training.
  • 2-5 years' business to business sales experience.
  • A self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sales background and construction industry knowledge.
