Position Overview

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Client Engagement who will enhance client partnerships and translate insights into actionable strategies. If you possess the expertise and are ready for an exciting opportunity, we encourage you to explore this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
  • Effectively managing client relationships and collaborating with senior leadership to shape high-level strategies.
  • Communicating our perspectives on digital marketing trends, ensuring clients are informed about industry developments.
  • Proposing innovative project concepts that align with both client objectives and brand aspirations.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry shifts and evolving customer demands.
  • Engaging clients through compelling storytelling, demonstrating thoughtfulness and creativity.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to cultivate strong brand identities.
  • Overseeing financial aspects of client accounts, including forecasts and budgets, ensuring mutual understanding of financial responsibilities.
  • Mentoring team members through coaching and identifying growth opportunities, providing constructive feedback to foster development.
  • Being open to travel as necessary, embracing new experiences and perspectives.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a qualified Senior Vice President of Client Engagement with a robust background, which typically includes:
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA, with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within a creative agency, including four years in a leadership role focused on integrated marketing and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, demonstrating both intellectual and emotional intelligence.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, characterized by clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proven project and performance management capabilities, recognized for inspiring and uniting diverse teams.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
