We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall safety and order of our clinic facility.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the Protection of All Employees and Patients
- Verify Patient Identification
- Manage Waiting Lines and Crowd Control
- Report Critical Incidents
- Collaborate with Authorities in Emergency Situations
- Respond to Calls for Assistance
- Document Incidents and Maintain a Safe Environment
- Perform Security Checks and Maintain Order
- Attend Staff Meetings and In-Service Training
- Provide Receptionist Coverage as Needed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 Year of Experience in an Office/Clinic Setting
- Security Training or Law Enforcement Experience
- Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check
