Position: Manager, Accounting Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, guide, and collaborate with clients and financial management outsourcing teams to ensure timely and precise monthly financial and accounting services.
  • Offer specialized knowledge regarding US GAAP standards.
  • Engage in the development and upkeep of accounting systems to promote efficient operations and financial oversight for clients across diverse sectors.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of periodic client-specific and compiled financial statements along with supporting documentation.
  • Act as a liaison for clients with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain proactive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely and accurate acquisition of information necessary for financial reporting.
  • Assist in business development initiatives by participating in client meetings, calculating pricing structures, and drafting engagement agreements.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, including training for clients and staff, resource allocation, and assignment of client-related tasks.
  • Encourage the professional development of staff consultants and senior consultants by actively engaging with them as their Performance Coach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in accounting and finance, encompassing GL, AP, AR, PR, budgeting/forecasting, and reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated experience in balance sheet reconciliation, executing the complete month-end closing process, and preparing financial statements.
  • Strong analytical and accounting capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in interpreting and analyzing complex operational agreements.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently; comfortable working independently with defined deadlines and deliverables.
  • Proficient in various accounting software, including QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Intacct; adaptable to switching between platforms.
  • Competent in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in establishing and implementing systems and procedures is advantageous.
  • Possession of a CPA or CMA certification.
  • Accounting experience within the real estate sector is preferred.
  • Experience in audit preparation is a plus.

Compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 to $132,000, varying based on skills, role, and location. Armanino offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
