Position Overview:
Accounting Now is seeking a temporary Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Staff Accountant will manage wire transfers and check processing.
  • Matching receipts with invoices will be a primary duty.
  • Reconciliation of accounts will be performed regularly.
  • Daily journal entries will be required to maintain accurate financial statements.
  • Initiating ACH transfers will be part of the daily tasks.
  • Both daily and monthly bank reconciliations will be conducted.

Compensation and Benefits:
