Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Ohm Systems, Inc. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Customer Needs: Utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our company's products and services to customers.
  • Develop Account Strategies: Create and execute account strategies to maintain and grow business with existing customers.
  • Monitor Sales Activity: Track and act on sales activity and metrics specific to each customer.
  • Build Relationships: Develop positive relationships with partners within accounts and identify business problems solvable with our company's solutions.
  • Meet with Clients: Regularly meet with clients and partners to develop strategy, build relationships, and attend industry events.
  • Stay Connected: Stay connected to accounts and the market to identify new opportunities and engage viable partners.
  • Manage Account Input: Manage account input and feedback for all projects with detailed outcomes and timelines.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments: Coordinate and translate customer needs within internal departments to resolve customer problems.

Requirements:

  • Telecommunications Experience: Proven experience in telecommunications, preferably with Fortune 1K accounts.
  • Enterprise-Level Account Management: 4-7 years of experience in enterprise-level account management and outside sales.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Proven ability to work independently and manage personal and team deliverables and deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Effective communication skills with client leaders at all levels.
  • Account Management: Ability to manage account relationships, financial outcomes, and multiple sales programs.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B Field Sales: 4-7 years of B2B Field Sales experience, preferably with Fortune 1K accounts.
  • Telecom, Software, or Technology: 2-4 years of experience in Telecom, Software, or Technology.
