Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team at The Junkluggers of Fairfield & Westchester Counties. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our company's strategic accounts and referral business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting onsite evaluations and walk-throughs for new and existing customers
  • Following up with customers in the pipeline for their furniture removal appointments
  • Sending out proposals for furniture removal projects and negotiating when needed
  • Working with our local dispatch and operations team to ensure successful execution of customer appointments
  • Prospecting for new business via phone, email, and social media
  • Creating and diligently working a pipeline of leads to drive new business
  • Forging relationships with local businesses to win new customers
  • Managing social media campaigns and scheduling appointments for new and existing customers
  • Creating and updating weekly sales and marketing reports

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing
  • 1+ years of experience in phone sales and customer service
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to set aggressive goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
