Job Title: Business Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Affinity Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions or professional business services
  • Large volume sales experience with a strong ability to close deals
  • Experience with a broad range of sales cycles and complex sales environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and web-based applications
