Sales & Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team at The Junkluggers of Fairfield & Westchester Counties. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our strategic accounts and referral business, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with local businesses.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer appointments and projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
