Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team at The Junkluggers of Fairfield & Westchester Counties. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our strategic accounts and referral business, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with local businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer appointments and projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
