Job Overview

At LMG Connecticut, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our nationally-recognized clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow top-performing sales executives to gain insights into client campaign strategies and product knowledge
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to educate consumers on the benefits of our clients' products and services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
