Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team at The Junkluggers of Fairfield & Westchester Counties. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our company's strategic accounts and referral business.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct onsite evaluations and walk-throughs for new and existing customers to identify business opportunities.
  • Follow up with customers in the pipeline to schedule furniture removal appointments and negotiate proposals as needed.
  • Work closely with our dispatch and operations teams to ensure successful execution of customer appointments.
  • Prospect for new business through phone, email, networking, and social media to drive new sales.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads to drive new business and forge relationships with local businesses to win new customers.
  • Join local networking groups and cultivate referral relationships with related industries.
  • Manage social media campaigns to promote our services and schedule appointments for new and existing customers.
  • Brainstorm potential sales and marketing partnership ideas to drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • 1+ years of experience in phone sales and customer service.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to set aggressive goals and achieve them.
  • Highly productive with excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite applications.
