Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement strategies to identify and secure new business prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed.
  • Conduct in-person visits to prospective clients to showcase our services and demonstrate the value we provide.
  • Create comprehensive proposals and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in local and regional trade shows and networking events to promote our services and gather market insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to strategize and implement new marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales goals through effective planning and execution of strategies.
  • Provide reports on factors influencing budget adjustments and strategic direction of accounts.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in outside sales, particularly in the service industry.
  • A high school diploma is required; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are necessary.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to comprehend client needs and navigate the negotiation process effectively.
