NK Seed Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the NK Brand strategy effectively with clients and within Syngenta to achieve essential goals: Differentiate, Innovate, Outperform, and Leverage.
- Support the NK Brand Retail sales organization to drive profitable growth.
- Deliver NK Seed brand campaigns and offers to targeted clientele through selected distribution partners.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our products, particularly NK Corn and Soybeans.
- Act as a steward of the NK Seeds portfolio by providing recommendations and addressing field concerns in collaboration with Agronomy.
- Meet sales, profit, and market share objectives within the designated territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements through consultative selling, recognized expertise, and building trust with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field, or significant experience in the agriculture industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Agronomic sales.
- Strong customer focus with proven sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to manage operational budgets, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds in accordance with NK Sales Area guidelines.
- Skilled in engaging with channel partners to enhance connections with growers and deliver effective solutions.
