Key Responsibilities- Cultivate relationships with potential residents and their families through tours, phone calls, and home visits, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building trust.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals, leveraging your expertise in senior living sales, prospect-centered selling principles, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with community leadership teams to promote our mission and values, and to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in sales and marketing.
- Minimum three years of experience in marketing/sales in a senior living environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent sales experience.
- Proficient computer skills in CRM, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn and utilize our leads software to record all sales activity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and support agencies.
