Job Title: Sales Manager

ElitePro Detailing is a rapidly growing detailing company with a mission to become the largest and most recognized detailing company in the world. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our remote sales team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of remote sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular performance feedback to the team.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and markets to support company growth.
  • Collaborate with upper management to set sales targets and align on company goals.
  • Ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing the CRM system to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales team members.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable plans.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining team cohesion.
