Automotive Sales Director

About the Role:
Hudson Automotive Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of high-volume dealership sales management experience
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and meeting sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales trends
