Associate Director Business Development Lead

Novotech is seeking an experienced Associate Director Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue across the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide input and suggestions on current sales processes and lead initiatives to improve processes
- 5+ years of business development and sales experience in the clinical research industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
- Strong understanding of clinical trial budgets, proposals, and contracts
- Ability to ascertain and understand client objectives and goals through careful and thorough discovery work
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
