Strategic New Business Sales Director

As a Strategic New Business Sales Director at CVS Health, you will lead the sales process, providing input on financials, proposals, and contract negotiations. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all facets of the sales process, including financial analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external key prospects, and consultants.

* Influence RFP responses and profit management opportunities through consultative selling skills and deep knowledge of contractual parameters.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in managing large complex sales in the PBM, health plan, or related healthcare field.

* Experience with large employer and/or Health Plan RFPs.

* Ability to interface with all levels of CVS Caremark.

* Demonstrated action/problem-solving orientation.

* Experience with PBM products and services and a strong network of consultants.

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree required.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is $105,000.00 - $231,100.00.
