Job Overview

Entegee is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, reconcile, and post journal entries, ensuring financial data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with GAAP.
  • Help prepare quarterly and annual budgets, and financial forecasts, analyzing variances with the Finance Controller and department heads.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, account reconciliation, and timely reporting.
  • Enhance internal controls for asset tracking and compliance, recommending improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities through financial data analysis.
  • Ensure tax, SOX, and audit compliance, assisting in external audits with necessary documentation and responses.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage reserves for operational needs and investment returns.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to improve financial systems and processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Financial Controller.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar financial role, ideally in aerospace or automotive manufacturing.
  • Strong GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls knowledge.
  • Proficient in Epicor financial software and ERP systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 per hour
