Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by generating new business and enhancing existing client relationships.
  • Ensure a superior client experience through diligent follow-up and support.
  • Prepare and issue necessary documentation such as binders, certificates, and policy endorsements.
  • Consult with clients to facilitate quotes, renewals, and policy updates.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend suitable coverage options.
  • Engage with industry professionals to stay informed on current trends, products, and regulations.
  • Address billing inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years in sales or customer service roles preferred.
  • Ability to effectively conduct outbound communications.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to client-centric service and integrity.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
