Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by generating new business and enhancing existing client relationships.
- Ensure a superior client experience through diligent follow-up and support.
- Prepare and issue necessary documentation such as binders, certificates, and policy endorsements.
- Consult with clients to facilitate quotes, renewals, and policy updates.
- Identify potential risks and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Engage with industry professionals to stay informed on current trends, products, and regulations.
- Address billing inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
- Perform additional related tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in sales or customer service roles preferred.
- Ability to effectively conduct outbound communications.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to client-centric service and integrity.
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
