Overview

As a Financial Accounts Specialist at JobRialto, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts receivable and identify accounts that are overdue.
  • Engage with clients to collect overdue payments or establish feasible payment plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily collection activities within our financial systems.
  • Investigate account disputes and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
  • Conduct account and payment reconciliations, collaborating with the cash applications team for accurate processing.
  • Identify accounts that may require external collection efforts.
  • Upload invoices to customer portals for easy access.
  • Generate and provide clients with various reports, including statements and aging reports.
  • Coordinate the documentation process for customer refunds.
  • Request and manage customer tax exemption documentation for review.
  • Foster effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of new clients and recommend payment terms based on analysis.
  • Monitor aged receivables and collaborate with departments to address any issues affecting accounts.
  • Perform additional related duties as necessary.
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit management, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in process optimization with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with corporate ERP systems, with Oracle experience being advantageous.
