About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Onsite Bulk Sales Manager to join our team at Messer Americas - The Messer Group GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our safety agenda and ensuring the company operates in a safe manner for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion of Safety: Lead and promote a safety-first culture within the organization, identifying and mitigating potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to the Division for Electronics Bulk and ONSITE technologies, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Safety Recommendations: Offer recommendations on safety improvements to drive the company's safety agenda and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Business Services, to ensure seamless communication and coordination on safety-related matters.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in safety management and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
