Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Accountant will be involved in various aspects of the accounting function, including:
  • Collaborating with compliance teams to establish effective controls.
  • Participating in monthly financial close and reconciliation processes.
  • Contributing to monthly reporting and financial analysis.
  • Assisting in annual external and statutory audits.
  • Ensuring adherence to GAAP and implementing new accounting standards.
  • Acting as a business partner for functional inquiries.
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general accounting principles, including lease and asset management.
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, both US and international.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with external audit processes.
  • Experience with financial statement preparation is preferred.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation is a plus.
  • A minimum of five years of accounting experience, including public accounting.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively and receive detailed information.
  • Capacity to process written information both physically and electronically.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Tools Used: Computer, phone, and standard office equipment.

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected.
