Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to grasp their retirement aspirations, needs, and concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation.
- Medicare Guidance: Aid clients in navigating Medicare options and benefits, utilizing professional tools to compare Medicare drug plans annually for optimal selections.
- Insurance Evaluation: Assess client requirements against available insurance solutions (excluding specific financial products) to identify the most suitable options, including life, health, and long-term care insurance.
- Compliance Management: Ensure completion of all necessary documentation, including the Scope of Appointment form, 48 hours prior to Medicare consultations, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Application Oversight: Manage the entire insurance application process, from initial completion to final submission.
- Ongoing Education: Remain informed about the latest industry regulations, product offerings, and best practices to provide clients with accurate and current advice.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of client interactions, recommendations, and implemented strategies.
- Relationship Development: Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring they feel valued and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with internal teams and national support units.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in retirement planning or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare and its associated products.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to analyze complex information and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing professional software for Medicare plan comparisons.
- Strong commitment to ethical practices and adherence to industry regulations.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Compensation:
USD $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 /Yr.
