Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our global accounting team, you will engage in various financial activities, including:
  • Collaborating with compliance teams to establish and maintain effective controls.
  • Participating in monthly financial close and account reconciliation processes.
  • Contributing to monthly reporting and financial analysis.
  • Assisting with annual external and statutory audits.
  • Ensuring adherence to GAAP and implementing new standards as necessary.
  • Acting as a business partner to address functional inquiries.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A strong foundation in general accounting principles, including lease and fixed asset accounting.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and controls.
  • Familiarity with GAAP standards, both U.S. and international.
  • Critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with external audits and preparation of financial statements is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Education and Experience:

Candidates should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including 1-3 years in public accounting.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and process detailed information through both verbal and written means.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Tools and Equipment: Standard office equipment, including computers and phones.

Travel: Minimal travel required.
