Relationship Banker

The Relationship Banker is a key member of our team at Technology Credit Union, responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by assisting with a full range of financial products and services in a retail branch setting.

• Member Service: Perform a wide variety of banking transactions with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Business Development: Participate in offsite business development events, such as member company wellness fairs and community activities, to increase visibility of the Tech CU brand.
• Sales and Marketing: Meet or exceed sales goals ethically and in compliance with regulatory requirements, delivering exceptional member service and ensuring requests and/or issues are researched and resolved in a timely manner.
• Financial Services: Open new member accounts, process loan applications, and provide financial guidance to members in person and via Virtual Branch.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, participate in staff and company-wide meetings, and contribute to the development of new business strategies.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years experience in related disciplines, including sales, customer service, or financial services.
• Skills: Strong sales, service, and team orientation; strong organization and verbal/written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with solid basic mathematical skills.

• Compensation: Salary range from $44,600 to $62,100 with bonus potential of 5%.

• Time Off: 5.54 Paid Time Off (PTO) hours accrue per bi-weekly paycheck (18 days per year) and will increase with length of service.
