Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Handle invoicing processes in NetSuite and ensure accurate application of customer payments.
  • Weekly Reporting & Collections: Generate weekly accounts receivable reports and support collection initiatives.
  • Accounts Payable Processing: Input accounts payable invoices and assist with the weekly disbursement of checks.
  • Internal Control Compliance: Uphold and monitor robust internal control measures.
  • Communication: Engage professionally with customers and internal teams to address inquiries related to invoices and payment statuses.
  • P-Card Oversight: Collaborate with fellow accountants on company P-Card administration, ensuring adherence to company policies regarding credit limits, documentation, and approvals.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements through automation and standardization.
  • Month-End Support: Assist senior accountants with month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in accounting or finance, or a minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in accounts payable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset during periods of change.
  • Quick learner of new applications and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $23.57. Adecco US, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits. Employees can also access a 401K plan and various paid leave options as mandated by law.
