Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Interact with clients to gain insights into their retirement aspirations, requirements, and concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation.

Medicare Guidance: Aid clients in comprehending Medicare options and benefits. Annually assess Medicare drug plans using professional software to guarantee optimal plan choices for each client.

Insurance Evaluation: Analyze client needs against available insurance offerings (excluding specific financial products) to identify the most suitable options. This encompasses life, health, and long-term care insurance.

Compliance Management: Ensure all requisite documentation, including the Scope of Appointment form, is finalized 48 hours before Medicare consultations, adhering to Medicare regulations.

Application Oversight: Manage all facets of the insurance application process, from initial completion to final submission.

Ongoing Education: Stay informed about the latest industry regulations, product offerings, and best practices to provide clients with the most accurate and current advice.

Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of client interactions, recommendations, and implemented strategies.

Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood, while promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams and national support groups.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in retirement planning or a related domain.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and its associated products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to analyze intricate data and convert it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing professional software for Medicare plan comparisons.
- Strong commitment to ethical practices and adherence to industry regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
