We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Business Unit Finance team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Business Plans: Collaborate with business partners to create and implement business plans that drive revenue and profitability.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Create and review financial plans with business teams, perform variance analysis, and connect business drivers to financial results.
  • Profitability Analysis: Perform profitability analysis at product, customer, and region levels, and provide recommendations to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Business Case Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc business case analysis for new business models and support profitable allocation of supply.
  • Net Pricing Model Management: Understand and manage the net pricing model for the business unit.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with peers in the finance and business team to drive process improvements.
  • Financial Systems Expertise: Be an expert in understanding the financial systems and processes in Micron and serve as a single point of contact for the business unit.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling, or related fields in the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI and SQL skills are a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, detail-oriented, curious, and strong focus on accuracy.
  • Financial Modeling: Proven financial modeling skills.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and ability to work across functional boundaries.
  • Time Management: Capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Independence: Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000.00 - $190,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses, and equity.
