About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Business Unit Finance team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning and Analysis
    • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement business plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Perform variance analysis and connect business drivers to financial results.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Perform profitability analysis at product, customer, and region levels to provide recommendations for revenue and profit maximization.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization
    • Collaborate with peers in the finance and business teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 4 years of work experience in finance, accounting, financial controlling, or related fields in the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. SQL skills are a plus.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, curious, and strong focus on accuracy.
    • Proven financial modeling skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and ability to work across functional boundaries.
    • Capable of working under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive salary range of $88,000.00 to $190,000.00, depending on location and experience.
