PT Solutions Physical Therapy is a private practice owned by physical therapists, dedicated to fostering genuine connections with our patients to transform their recovery journey. Our Patient Services Coordinators (PSCs) play a crucial role in assisting our clinicians as they deliver evidence-based treatments aimed at restoring patients' quality of life.

Role Summary

As a PSC, you will engage with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient scheduling and financial processes. Your daily responsibilities may include verifying insurance details, managing prior authorizations, and coordinating physician referrals. A focus on patient satisfaction and the ability to work independently will contribute significantly to your success in this position.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Patient Services Coordinator

  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of patient payments and billed units while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Implement proper procedures for Insurance Verification and benefits management.
  • Secure authorization and/or prior authorization as needed.
  • Manage over-the-counter collections and perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of all charges.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, clinicians, and internal operational teams.

Qualifications & Compensation:

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required, with proof of the highest level of education obtained.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Compensation Range:

  • $15 - $18 per hour.
  • The posted pay range reflects a variety of compensation factors, including candidate experience and location, while allowing for salary growth within the role.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
