Job Title: On-Call Staffing Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at About You Sitting Service LLC. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our staffing services, which are designed to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Call Schedule: This position includes an on-call schedule from 1am - 8am, Monday through Friday, and requires availability for one to two weekends a month (Saturday through Monday morning). Some holidays are also included in the on-call rotation.
- Training: A two-week in-office training period is required to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in this role.
- Scheduling: Before starting your on-call shift, you'll review the schedule with the designated Service Coordinator, ensuring you are aware of any potential issues that may arise. You will also assist in scheduling future shifts for caregivers, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Client and Caregiver Communication: You will be responsible for answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, quickly responding to client and caregiver needs. Your role includes filling client shifts according to designated office scheduling processes, communicating any changes in client shifts to both clients and caregivers, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
- Team Collaboration: You'll maintain open communication with backup personnel for any client or caregiver-related questions that require further input and keep the owner informed of any significant client or caregiver concerns.
