Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager - Off Premise to join our team at Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing commercial brand and channel priorities in the off-premise channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local commercial solutions to improve brand execution and image in market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers in the territory
  • Conduct staff trainings and tastings in accounts
  • Identify key accounts/opinion leaders/influencers within the channel and occasion strategies
  • Utilize tools to analyze ROI and understand the business
  • Track and monitor Point-Of-Sale
  • Set the example and motivate local distributor network to execute commercial brand and channel priorities
Requirements
  • 0– 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the spirits and/or beverage industry
  • Strong relationship building skills and collaborative spirit
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven success in formulating account strategies and execute against them to drive results
  • Willingness to learn selling the Jagermeister way
  • Detail oriented and organized; excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and support numerous projects
  • Well-developed influence and negotiation skills; persistent and persuasive
