Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Genuine Parts Company. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including independent store owners and distribution center management
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our software and hardware solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of software sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Outside sales experience and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA Degree in Management, Marketing, or Business preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

  • Travel required 50%+ time involving driving to customer locations

Salary from $58,750 annually
