Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth in our Sacramento, CA Branch by maximizing revenue associated with repeat customers and regularly sourcing new active accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in an Outside Sales role, with a strong understanding of the construction/building materials/manufactured housing industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing a territory sales plan, building relationships with key accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive profitable sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide expert-level knowledge of our manufactured housing offerings and the local market
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Counter Sales staff to maximize revenue opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven performance in an Outside Sales role
  • Construction/building materials/manufactured housing experience a plus
  • Outgoing relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to personally create a territory sales plan and consistently execute against it
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
