Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, generate client leads, and expand business relations geographically in our vertical markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify growth target areas and industries in Indiana and beyond.
• Cultivate relationships with architectural/engineering firms, developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders to generate client leads.
• Represent The Hagerman Group at business-related functions and participate in community/industry organizations.
• Collaborate with the VP of Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to identify prospects and support existing clients.
• Manage and maintain the CRM platform, logging information on leads and clients.
• Support geographic expansion initiatives through travel and participation in industry events.
• Develop strategies based on client knowledge, review and critique submissions as needed, and prepare presentation materials for business development success.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in the construction of large-scale commercial projects in one of our key verticals (healthcare, pharmaceutical, education, light industrial) with a GC/construction manager.
