Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
- Sell the full suite of Republic Services products, including small and large container services, electronic and universal recycling, and total waste stream management solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
