Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Sell the full suite of Republic Services products, including small and large container services, electronic and universal recycling, and total waste stream management solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
