About the Role
As a Business Development Director at Fifth Third Bank, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Middle Market segment. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to make a meaningful impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure high-quality relationships and maximize profit potential.
- Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities across all bank services.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit training, or underwriting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales and negotiating experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business situations.
